Jane joins us at The Orange Grove Clinic with 17 years of experience as a Reflexologist. She is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and is a qualified Nurse and Midwife, having worked most recently as a Specialist Midwife at The Rosie Hospital in Cambridge.
Jane has undertaken many post graduate reflexology courses in fertility, pregnancy, menopause reflexology, reflexology for palliative care and reflexology for pain management in women with PCOS or Endometriosis and hot stone reflexology.

Jane has trained with facial reflexology expert Ziggie Bergman at the London School of Reflexology in Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift – which has been hailed as a non invasive face lift.

Reflexology is a gentle therapy which can be used alongside conventional medicine prescribed by your GP or hospital. It is a non invasive therapy – you just need to take off your shoes and stocks! It is extremely relaxing and research has shown is effective at reducing cortisol levels (the stress hormone) and helping with issues such as poor sleep, balancing hormones and promoting general wellbeing.
