AB Aesthetics LTD is owned and run by me, Annie Benton an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
I am very passionate about all aspects of health, working (and continuing to work) within Primary Care for the last 12 years, specialising in woman’s health and skin in particular.
I am medically trained to a MSc as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Prescriber with over 20 years of nursing experience. I decided to put my medical skills to a different use by becoming fully qualified in a number of aesthetic treatments.
I am a Prescriber and Level 7 in Advanced Aesthetics. I have furthered my learning by completing a selection of Masterclasses in Facial Aesthetics.
Deciding to embark on skin treatments beyond the traditional facials is a decision not to be taken lightly. It isn’t a quick solution and should be viewed as a long-term investment and commitment to your overall skin management and skin health.
I will work with you to achieve the best possible results, optimising your skin vitality and enhancing your natural beauty. I provide a service that is as individual as you are. I will make sure you feel understood, special and happy with my ability to offer you the highest standard of care. I will always be realistic about the outcome you can expect. I’m really proud with the clinic I have created, incorporating a tranquil, relaxing, holistic, wellbeing atmosphere. I create a calm, professional, no pressure approach with you, the client, at the forefront of the consultation.
It’s pretty terrifying the number of unqualified individuals carrying out some of these treatments in “clinics” and salons across the country. I have trained in recognised aesthetic treatments with the UK’s number one aesthetic training provider, Derma Medical. This, combined with my medical background, clearly sets me apart as a clinician you can have every confidence in.
I am a member of NMC ( our regulatory body), RCN, BACN & ACE and am fully insured.
