We are so excited to announce that Barley Green is going to be joining us on our Sardinian adventure, so you will have the benefit of being taught by TWO yoga teachers!
Previously a dance practitioner for over 25yrs, Barley discovered the wonders of Yoga in 1999 when touring with her company. From the origins of dance training she began to find a new way, increasing her curiosity in yoga and mindfulness. Yoga became a source of injury prevention and provided a wonderful sense of ease in the body and mind. Keen to share her discoveries of 18yrs of practice, learning from many teachers in uk and north India, she completed her yoga training on home turf @The Jasmine Trust 2014 with a BWY level 4 diploma (500 hours) and the BWY childrens’ yoga module.
Recently moved from an established yoga business in the midlands where she had introduced hundreds of people to yoga. Barley has many loyal followers who enjoy her quirky good humour and deep knowledge of yoga practice, and she now brings her unique style to Norwich. Using Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga she creates a joyful blend that is accessible for all. Also Restorative Yoga pranayama techniques, meditation and Yoga Nidra are a passion she brings to her workshops days to help restore the fatigued body and calm the busy mind.

We will be staying in a lovely, semi-detached villa down a very peaceful track, two minutes walk to the beach. For guests, there are four double rooms and two dorms with two bunks in each.
A two-minute walk down a cactus and rosemary lined sand track to the small, but beautiful beach with the perfect sea for swimming. There are plenty of tracks to walk, rocks to scramble over, spaces to sunbathe and peaceful corners to find all to yourself.
The Yoga Space:
The beach will be our outdoor yoga space to practice on in the early morning, and evening. There is also a turfed garden and a sheltered yoga space at the villa for when the sun gets too much.
