ZenMuma Pregnancy Yoga classes in Norwich are for all levels of yogic ability, from beginners to those with varying levels of experience. But most importantly they are gentle and safe for all pregnant women, from 14 weeks until birth.
We practice traditional yogic areas of Pranayama (breathing exercises for life and birth), Asanas (postures), Shavasana and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation techniques), but in a way that is accessible, ‘non-scary’, easy to follow, authentic, and safe for you and your changing body and growing baby.
ZenMuma Pregnancy Yoga Classes are taught by ZenMuma teachers Jaqueline Coleman and Amber Ferguson, who were trained by ‘ZenMumaMuma’ Jackie Heffer-Cooke. They will support you through your whole pregnancy with yoga, and into new mothering too, with their baby yoga classes
