This retreat is designed to waken up the spirits from a winter slumber, and reignite the soul with yoga, swimming, nourishing local food, massage and beautiful beach and mountain treks.

This is the perfect space to practice yoga and meditate, but also a place to unwind on the rooftop terrace while watching life in the village of Agouni unfold, to laze by the pool during warm afternoons, to indulge in locally sourced menus, and to gaze at the stars as night falls.

*Beautiful location in the village of Tamazirt, peaceful, tranquil and calm
*Located in the hills of Agouni
*One of the best months to visit for yoga and treking as temperatures range from 20 to 30 degrees
*A double terrace which overlooks the Moroccan countryside and the Atlantic Ocean
*Beach 10 minutes drive (our hosts will help us visit, and transfers included from Agadir International, 49 km away

THE RETREAT:

There will be practise in the 8 limbs of yoga, movement to mindfulness, space to breathe.

In this retreat we will explore the yoga koshas as a way of processing, interpreting, deepening and finding some truth and freedom within ourselves.

The aim is to shift out of daily domesticity and the drudgery of routines, into your-self and awaken all that is already within and around you. A gentle reboot.

The teachings are authentic, yet pragmatic adaptations and interpretations, useful for our modern living with the hope of exploring how yoga can really help us manage and enjoy our daily lives.

Jackie is a knowledgeable yet intuitive teacher, who communicates with enthusiasm, humour, joy and depth.

There will also be authentic Moroccan food, relaxing by the pool, beach visits at sunset (and maybe even sunrise for those who would like), optional *surfing, *camel riding and self-care with *massage. We can also go trekking to explore the landscape, and there will be an extra excursion to the breath-taking Paradise Valley.

We are very used to working with different levels of yogis from beginners to those with a deeper more committed practise.
